We assess air quality, mold likelihood, water quality, lighting, and electromagnetic fields using professional-grade instruments and certified laboratory testing where appropriate.
Our mold process uses targeted MS-qPCR sampling and ERMI analysis across several areas, including an outdoor baseline sample. Water testing typically covers more than 100 analytes, including heavy metals and disinfection byproducts. We also measure particle sizes, combustion byproducts, illuminance, and other parameters described in the main FAQ.
